What is the meta tag “Googlebot”
Sometimes Google is in an old meta tag, namely the description tag. Even if you adjust each time your page (relevant), it remains unchanged in the Google results. The meta description tag is correct at Yahoo and Live, but not in Google.
This problem is generated from your cooler selection in DMOZ Open Directory Project (see also relations of the search engines). The website, with the old meta description, has a description and a link to the ODP list. Googlebot has taken on this description when spidering your site.
The solution is the following meta tag:

You can then for example the following meta tag to include in your source directory:

Use to indicate that the Googlebot is not intended to take the descriptions of the ODP, but to your website.

This meta tag has only the support of Google and has therefore only impact on Google.

Make sure, however, that each side shall own relevant title tags, using keywords and terms have the reference to the content. You may seem to a lot of work for each side to bear a striking headline, but you will see that it works.
